On behalf of our team of staff and employees, thank you for considering our healthcare center. We offer a full range of nursing and medical care to meet your individual needs, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with your physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the fullest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide compassionate care in a secure setting, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.

Overview
Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center accommodates 165 residents. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified, as well as being Joint Commission accredited. Our "TEAM" approach means specially trained staff work around the clock to assist in meeting rehabilitative goals established by our team of professionals. We encourage family involvement in our rehabilitative process. The support of loved ones is a major key to a speedy recovery. Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center is a 2006 recipient of the American Health Care Association Quality Award.
